Joint Tenant An account that is owned by two or more people, with each party owning an equal interest. Oakmark Funds assumes Rights of Survivorship and will register all joint accounts as Joint Tenant with Rights of Survivorship (JT WROS). If you want your account registered in another form of joint ownership, you may only establish your new account by mail. (Note: Louisiana does not recognize JT WROS. Accounts for Louisiana residents are set up as Tenants in Common or Community Property, and must be established by mail.)
